83ph Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "83ph," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of 83ph.org, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform serving Filipino players.
• "Platform" refers to the 83ph website at 83ph.org, including all games, services, promotional content, and account management features accessible through it.
• "Player," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who registers an account with 83ph, accesses the Platform, or uses any service provided by 83ph.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 83ph registration process, including identity verification.
• "Real Money Games" refers to any game on the Platform that involves wagering real Philippine Peso funds, including but not limited to slot games, live casino games, sports betting, and bingo.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive offered by 83ph to Players, subject to individual promotion terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required for all 83ph Players before real-money transactions are permitted.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government regulatory body that licenses and oversees 83ph's operations.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to Philippine electronic wallet services commonly used for deposits and withdrawals on the 83ph Platform.

To register and maintain an account with 83ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions. 83ph operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must hold a valid, active Philippine mobile number that can receive SMS messages for account verification and OTP authentication purposes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or director of 83ph, or an immediate family member of any such person, where participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms under any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion list or voluntary self-exclusion program at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and identity documents — is accurate, truthful, and belongs exclusively to you. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

KYC Verification: All Players are required to complete 83ph's KYC identity verification process before making any deposit, playing Real Money Games, or requesting any withdrawal. Accepted documents include valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) card, UMID, driver's license, or passport. 83ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.

One Account per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold and maintain exactly one (1) 83ph account. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, mobile number, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited. 83ph employs technical and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates may be closed, and any funds or winnings therein may be voided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 83ph account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 83ph will never ask you for your password through any channel, including live chat, SMS, email, or social media. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately to 83ph support via live chat.

Account Information Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number must be processed through account settings or, if you have lost access to the registered number, through the 83ph support team following identity verification.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 83ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with prevailing PAGCOR guidelines. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

Accepted Payment Methods: 83ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 83ph's discretion with notice to Players.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or Maya. Minimum deposits for bank transfers may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to someone other than the registered 83ph Player — are prohibited.
• Deposits credited to your 83ph wallet are non-refundable except as required by Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed only after full KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are returned exclusively to the payment method from which the funds were deposited, unless otherwise agreed in writing with 83ph support following identity verification.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the recipient bank.
• 83ph reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 within a calendar month.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified or that appear inconsistent with the account's deposit and gameplay history may be withheld pending investigation.

Currency: All transactions on the 83ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 83ph does not currently support multi-currency transactions.

83ph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms stated on each promotion's detail page:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page and typically ranges from 20x to 45x depending on the bonus type and applicable games.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it is stackable.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage, as specified per promotion. Playing excluded games while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any wagering progress attached to them are automatically forfeited.
• Abuse Prevention: 83ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated gameplay software, exploiting technical errors, or colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will be closed, and all funds including deposits may be voided.
• 83ph's Right to Cancel: 83ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses credited in error may be removed from a Player's account.

RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on the 83ph Platform are certified by independent third-party testing agencies. The certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, 83ph's server records shall be the authoritative record of the transaction. Where a game round is incomplete due to a technical error not attributable to the Player, the bet stake will be returned to the Player's wallet. Wins generated through technical malfunctions are void and will not be paid.

Live Casino: Live casino games are subject to additional rules published on the individual game interfaces operated by 83ph's live studio providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). In the event of a conflict between those in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules of live studio providers govern individual game rounds, while these Terms govern all account and financial matters.

Sports Betting: Sports betting outcomes are determined by official competition results as recognized by the relevant sports governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets placed after an event has concluded, or on events subsequently abandoned, will be settled per 83ph's sports betting rules as published in the Sportsbook section.

Jackpot Games: Progressive jackpot prizes are funded by contributions from eligible wagers across all participating players. Jackpot prizes are paid in accordance with the rules published in the relevant game. 83ph does not guarantee the minimum or maximum value of any progressive jackpot at any given time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 83ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering, maintaining, or using more than one 83ph account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker-type games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to 83ph support immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider for deposits made to your 83ph account without first raising the issue with 83ph support. Unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Abusing the 83ph support team through threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language.
• Attempting to access another Player's account, or facilitating unauthorized access to the Platform.

83ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support Player welfare:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through Account Settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a minimum 48-hour cooling-off period before the increase activates.
• Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: Players may configure session duration limits and periodic reminders. When a reminder triggers, the Player is given the option to continue or end their session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting the 83ph support team. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended, no deposits are accepted, and no marketing communications are sent. Permanent self-exclusions are irrevocable.
• Reality Awareness: Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a reliable source of income. 83ph encourages players to set and adhere to personal budgets and to never gamble with funds required for living expenses, rent, food, or family obligations.

All content on the 83ph Platform — including but not limited to the 83ph name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 83ph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 83ph Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to any content on the Platform.

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from 83ph:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any 83ph content.
• Screen-recording, capturing, or live-streaming Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Using the 83ph name, logo, or brand assets in any third-party website, application, or social media content without authorization.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• Gambling Risk: 83ph does not guarantee any particular outcome for any game. All gambling involves inherent financial risk, and Players accept this risk by participating. 83ph shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred on the Platform.
• Service Availability: While 83ph endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.
• Third-Party Services: 83ph integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and live streaming partners. 83ph is not liable for disruptions, errors, or losses arising from third-party service failures beyond 83ph's direct control.
• Indirect Damages: In no event shall 83ph be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if 83ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, 83ph's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this section limits 83ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

83ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The collection and processing of your personal data is governed by 83ph's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account with 83ph, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including but not limited to:

• Identity and contact information for KYC verification and account management purposes.
• Financial transaction data for payment processing and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Device, login, and gameplay data for security, anti-fraud, and platform improvement purposes.
• Communication preferences for marketing and promotional communications (where separately consented to).

83ph does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party providers only to the extent necessary for the provision of the Platform services and as required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulations.

Termination by Player: You may request to close your 83ph account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending verification requirements.

Termination or Suspension by 83ph: 83ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age or has provided false registration information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity involving the account.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Technical necessity or legal compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 83ph will not process withdrawals from that account until the investigation is concluded. If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, 83ph may forfeit funds in accordance with applicable regulations and the severity of the breach.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 83ph:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Players are encouraged to first raise the dispute with the 83ph support team via live chat or email. 83ph commits to acknowledging all complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
• Step 2 — PAGCOR Escalation: If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in its capacity as the licensing and regulatory authority for 83ph. PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes are available to Players as a regulatory remedy.
• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: Where a dispute remains unresolved following PAGCOR escalation, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such dispute.

83ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The reasons for amendments may include but are not limited to changes in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, platform functionality, payment methods, or 83ph's business practices.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 83ph will notify registered Players through one or more of the following methods:

• An SMS notification to the Player's registered Philippine mobile number.
• A platform notification displayed upon the Player's next login to the 83ph Platform.
• A prominent notice on the 83ph.org homepage or the Terms & Conditions page.

The revised Terms will state the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the 83ph Platform after the stated effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. The current version of the Terms is always available at 83ph.org/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026 and are effective immediately upon registration or continued use of the 83ph Platform. These Terms supersede all previous versions.
